Femi Qualified Home Care, LLC was founded by Madam Femina M Soclo, a dedicated professional who began her journey as a Qualified Service Provider (QSP) in 2020, Drawing experience from her direct experience and passion for providing quality care, Madam Soclo recognized an opportunity to expand and enhance services in the home care sector. This vision led her to establish Femi Qualified Home Care, LLC, a qualified service provided (QSP) agency. The agency is designed to deliver comprehensive and personalized care to those in need.​

Our Policies

Femi Qualified Home Care is governed by the following policies

Smoke Breaks

Smoking is not permitted during working hours on company's premises or while providing care to clients, in alignment with our commitment to promoting healthy environment.

 

Sexual Harassment Zero Tolerance

Femi Qualified Home Care, LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. All employees have the right to work in an environment free from harassment, and any reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated.

 

Whistleblower Policy

We encourage employees to report any unethical behavior, policy violations, or concerns through the designated whistleblower channels.
Retaliation against whistleblower is strictly prohibited.

 

Emergency Response System

Employees will be trained in the emergency response procedures, ensuring their ability to handle emergency situations and prioritize the safety and well-being of clients.

 

Home Delivered Meals

Employees involved in providing home-delivered meals will follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of clients.

 

​Environmental Modification

Employees may be required too assist with environmental modifications to enhance client safety and accessibility. Proper training and guidelines will be provided

 

Specialized Equipment​

Employees working with specialized equipment will receive appropriate training and adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure proper usage.

 

Payroll Submission Policy

Employees are required to accurately submit their time and attendance records according to the provided schedule. Employees are entitled to scheduled work breaks and meals in accordance with state labor laws. We comply with Family and Medical Leave Act regulations, providing eligible employees with job-protected leave for qualified medical and family reasons.

Opened Door Policy

OSHA and HIPAA Regulations and Penalties

Employees are required to comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act regulations to protect the safety of themselves, clients, and confidential information.
